Coconut cupcake frosted with coconut buttercream and topped with toasted coconut flakes. (Can you tell I love coconut?) This is simply the best cupcake I have ever made. YUM-O!
Then...because I wasn't satisfied with one cupcake at 11:30 pm, I made a chocolate latte cupcake frosted with an espresso buttercream and topped with chocolate (wish I would have had chocolate espresso beans). This too was pretty darn good. Next: I have been thinking of making a Smores inspired cupcake and then something with lemon for sure. I also want to make chocolate covered bacon. I have heard it is very tasty. Anyone ever tried chocolate covered bacon?
